‏ ‏مدارس الإخاء منظومة سعت منذ تأسيسها إلى تقديم تعليم إيجابي يهتم في المقام الأول ببناء شخصية المتعلمين، لأننا نومن أن هذا الجانب يتحقق من بعده كل ما نهدف إليه من تعلم وسلوك وممارسات إيجابية. ‏ولذلك نحن نسعى لأن يكون الطالب شريكا أساسيا في كل الممارسات التربوية والتعليمية وأن يكون هو محرك لها. و

إن الجميع في المدارس يدرك إلى حد كبير دوره وواجبه ومهامه ويعمل كفرد في فريق عمل متكامل، ونحن نومن انه مجالات الإنجاز واسعة وكبيرة ومتجددة وخاصة في مجال التربية والتعليم، وسنظل نستفيد من خبرات وتجارب من سبقنا لتحقيق المزيد من النجاحات، وهذا التجدد يخلق المتعة في الممارسة والسعادة بالإنجاز. و

‏إن هدفنا الأساسي هو الطلاب ونستمتع عندما نرى مخرجات هذه المدارس تكتنز كل متطلبات مواصلة الطموح والسير بثقة في طريق النجاح والتفوق. و

Al Ekhaa Schools is an organization that seeked, since foundation, to provide a positive education that primarily cares about building the students foundations. Because we believe that after that steps of success fall into place in every direction. Which is why we aim to have the student as a main partner in all of the education and learning environments.

Everyone at the schools understands the roles and duties, works in with a coordinated team to deliver education. We believe that the possibilities for success are wide, especially in the world of education, and we want to always use our experiences in the past to pursue success in our future.

Our main goal is always the student, and we will always be happy to see the outcomes of the schools reaching far beyond and into the future.
